Questionnaire for Pomerium System evaluation

At the end of the evaluation period of the Pomerium System, the User is kindly asked to give his feedback by filling out the following questionnaire.

The answers will be anonymous and the results of the survey will be used by the Consortium to enhance the usability of the system.

Each response will be expressed on a scale from 1 (Strongly disagree) to 5 (Strongly agree).
